HIBERNATION STOVES & SPAS is an established business of over 35 years, and is seeking a full time office employee in our Arnold, California showroom.
Qualified applicants must be customer service oriented with organizational, strong customer service, and office computer skills. Some clerical work is also required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting walk-in customers
- Answering basic questions and concerns regarding our products on the phone and in the showroom
- Receiving deposits and payments for purchases, occasional cash register operation
- Scheduling installations & onsite estimates
- Scheduling and writing up service calls for technicians
- Opening and closing the showroom
Requirements
- Upbeat, positive, customer-focused attitude a must!
- Minimum high school education
- Self-starter, able to work without constant direction
- Reliable transportation, requires some occasional travel during the day
- Office desktop computer & mobile app skills
- Light sales skills, answering basic questions
- Team Oriented
Job Details
- Starting pay $18/hr, increase to $20/hr after 30 day intro period
